Step 1: Drop-Off or Schedule Pickup
- You can visit our laundromat and drop off your laundry in person or schedule a pickup and delivery, which you can schedule online or via phone.
Step 2: Sorting & Pre-Treatment
- The laundromat staff will sort your laundry by color (whites, darks, and colors) depending on the size to complete a full load.
- If you have stains, they might pre-treat them if requested.
Step 3: Washing
- Clothes are washed separately from other customers’ laundry in commercial machines.
- The service may use standard detergent or a specific brand upon request. we also offer hypoallergenic options.
- Wash settings are chosen based on fabric type and preferences (e.g., delicate, heavy-duty).
Step 4: Drying
- Clothes are dried in commercial dryers, typically at medium heat to prevent damage.
Step 5: Folding
- Once dry, your laundry is neatly folded and grouped by category (shirts, pants, towels, etc.).
- Items like socks are matched and bundled together.
- If you prefer, some services will hang certain items upon request, if hanger are provided or purchased at 0.25 cents per hanger.
Step 6: Packaging & Pickup/Delivery
- Your folded laundry is placed in a bag or wrapped neatly for easy transport.
- You can either pick it up at the laundromat or have it delivered to your home ( cost apply).
Step 7: Payment
- Payment is based on weight (per pound) for drop-off service or a flat rate for pick-up and delivery.
